Scope and Sequence
For the Lower School, TMS rotates as an entire school on an historical four-year cycle that includes:
- Creation to the Fall of Rome
- The Fall of Rome to the US Constitution
- The US Constitution through the 19th Century
- Modern Times
A master Scope and Sequence of studies is available for parent review. High School students follow a set course of study which covers the same time periods mentioned above, but placed on a set academic platform that is grade-based.

The Master's Study is committed to teaching all disciplines as viewed through the lens of God's revelation via His Holy Word. TMS seeks for its students not only to master basic facts, but the connections of how and why behind the facts. We work in partnership with the parent to train children to critically assess their culture by understanding the world views of those who affected culture throughout the history of Western Civilization. Finally, TMS seeks to help train young people to develop the necessary inventory of critical thinking skills so that they can effectively reach their culture for Christ.
